金吾财讯 | 建滔集团(00148)绩后股价由升转跌，一度跌4.25%，最低触及21.25港元，现跌幅收窄至2.24%，报21.85港元，成交额6627.78万港元。公司午间公布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，录得公司持有人应占溢利16.30亿元(港币，下同)，同比减少20.97%；每股基本盈利1.471元。拟派末期股息54港仙，及特别末期股息46港仙，合共1港元。期内营业额430.93亿元，同比增长8.51%；毛利84.93亿元，同比增长11.86%。公司全年合共销售覆铜面板共1.1亿张，较2023年增长10%。覆铜面板部门营业额上升10%，至189.02亿元。未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之利润上升23%，至36.64亿元。印刷线路板部门销售额上升4%至121.07亿元，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之盈利上升1%至20.33亿元。化工部门营业额上升22%，至136.18亿元，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之盈利亦随之上升2%，至9.1亿元。另外，房地产部门总营业额下降28%，至19.74亿元。另外，根据联交所最新权益披露资料显示，2025年3月17日，建滔集团遭FMR LLC在场内以每股均价22.4966港元减持102.31万股，涉资约2301.63万港元。减持后，FMR LLC最新持股数目为99,550,905股，持股比例由9.07%下降至8.98%。
