Bryah Resources (ASX:BYH) withdrew from a collaboration agreement with Australian Vanadium (ASX:AVL), according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The collaboration with Australian Vanadium was focused on maximizing the value of nickel, cobalt, and copper within the non-magnetic tailings fraction of the project, the filing said.
In May 2023, the Australian Vanadium project received a grant of up to AU$49 million from the Australian Government.
The company retains mineral rights on the project but was not entitled to government grant funding. It is now marketing the sale of the mineral rights to support rationalizing its asset base, according to the filing.
