星展银行高级经济学家Chua Han Teng表示，未来几个月新加坡的通胀压力应会继续得到控制。

　　他表示，这是基于进口通胀处于可控范围、国内企业成本向消费者价格的传导较为温和，以及政府加大补贴力度缓解了新加坡基本服务价格的上涨。

　　Chua指出，由于私人交通成本涨幅放缓，且住宿类通胀保持稳定，2月份新加坡整体通胀率同比降至0.9%。

　　不过，他警告称，如果全球贸易冲突不断升级，导致经济增长放缓的幅度超过预期，新加坡的通胀将面临全球需求方面不确定性。
