建滔积层板2024年业绩：归母净利润13.49亿港元，同比增长36%
3月24日，建滔积层板（01888）发布2024年度业绩。
公司营业额为185.41亿港元，较2023年的167.5亿港元增长11%。未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利为29.63亿港元，同比增长21%；除税前溢利为17.58亿港元，较上年的12.77亿港元增长38%。
归母净利润为13.49亿港元，同比增长36%。以基本纯利计算每股基本盈利为43.2港分，较2023年的31.8港分增长36%。同时，公司建议派发每股末期股息20港分及特别末期股息30港分，显示出强劲的盈利能力。
财务回顾中，公司的净负债比率显著改善，由16%降至9%，反映出财务状况的健康。同时，投资物业的公平值变动损失减少，2024年为2294万港元，而2023年为3487万港元，说明公司在资产管理方面有所进步。业务表现方面，覆铜面板部门受益于电子行业的复苏和需求增长，营收显著提升，而地产部门则出现44%的下降，主要由于专注于核心业务策略。
