面对京内燃气电厂调价带来的减利挑战，该集团深入研判形势，积极与热网沟通，提升中心热网供热占比2个百分点，同时持续拓展周边热力客户，优化发电与供热的协同效应，释放供热能力，全年实现供热量2,733.4万吉焦;积极与电网沟通，推动机组连续高负荷运行，优化机组启停控制节点，降低综合供电气耗0.9%，提高机组运行效率;深入开展降本挖潜，完善抢发争供激励机制;统筹开展碳资产交易，全年实现碳收益人民币3,056.1万元，有效对冲减利因素影响;集团燃气发电及供热板块全年实现除税前溢利人民币13.1亿元，同比仅减少人民币5.7亿元，低于年初的减利预期。面对四川水电关停带来的减利挑战，集团积极沟通当地政府，如期完成补偿资产评估并签订补偿协议，并争取到补偿金额人民币4.4亿元。
与此同时，集团持续拓展可再生能源业务，风力发电、光伏发电和水力发电板块的经营溢利合计再创历史新高，合计实现经营溢利人民币44.9亿元，同比增长17.2%，可再生能源业务的经营溢利合计占比超过75%。
