【市场监管总局发布风险防控指南 推动婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业落实食品安全主体责任】金十数据3月24日讯，近日，市场监管总局发布《婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业蜡样芽胞杆菌风险防控指南》《婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业克罗诺杆菌风险防控指南》，推动婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业落实食品安全主体责任，加强相关风险防控技术指导，提升企业食品安全风险管控能力。蜡样芽胞杆菌是常见的食源性致病菌，部分菌株能产生肠毒素，耐热性强、不易杀灭，是婴儿配方乳粉风险防控的重要指标；克罗诺杆菌是一种食源性条件致病菌，对0—6月龄婴儿，特别是对早产儿、低出生体重儿或免疫受损的婴儿威胁很大，《食品安全国家标准 预包装食品中致病菌限量》（GB 29921—2021）规定0—6月龄婴儿配方食品中不得检出克罗诺杆菌。
