　　盛良物流（08292）发布公告，于2025年3月21日（交易时段后），公司与卖方V Sing Holdings及银雄订立了买卖协议，据此，公司已有条件同意购买且V Sing Holdings已有条件同意出售V Sing Holdings销售股份，相当于目标公司V Sing Global Limited全部已发行股本约92.8%；及银雄已有条件同意出售银雄销售股份，相当于目标公司全部已发行股本约7.2%，代价总额为5000万港元。

　　代价将由公司透过向卖方及╱或其各自的代名人配发及发行合计3.18亿股入账列作缴足的代价股份偿付。

　　公告称，公司致力经营发展业务，务求以长远可持续方式为公司及其股东创造价值。
