　　滨海投资有限公司（02886）董事会宣布，公司全资附属公司滨海投资（天津）有限公司（“滨投天津”）与浙江省德清县人民政府订立战略合作协议。双方将进一步深化双方在城市燃气及综合能源利用领域的合作，探索更多业务机会。双方将重点围绕天然气利用、氢能、分布式光伏、储能、低碳园区等综合能源领域开展战略合作，覆盖可再生能源开发、工业节能及能源结构优化等方向。

　　该公司认为，合作协议的签署标志着公司在中国内地长三角核心区域综合能源市场实现关键性突破，为公司战略升级与经营品质提升注入强劲动力。合作高度契合国家“双碳”政策导向，通过与德清县人民政府资源协同，有助于公司开拓在长三角核心区域的综合能源市场，加速构建“气-电-热-储”多能互补的产业链闭环。德清县作为浙江省绿色发展示范区，此次合作不仅强化政企协同标杆效应，更为后续复制“县域综合能源服务”模式奠定基础，进一步加速公司向综合能源解决方案供应商的转型。
