Bund Center Investment (SGX:BTE) will stop voluntary quarterly reporting and shift to a half-yearly reporting schedule to reduce compliance costs and improve focus on strategic priorities, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company will release half-year results within 45 days after June 30 and full-year results within 60 days after December 31, starting with its half-year report by Aug. 14.
