Shenzhen International Holdings' (HKG:0152) subsidiary Shenzhen Expressway reported a 51% decrease in net profit attributable to shareholders for 2024 to 1.15 billion yuan from 2.33 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share were 0.441 yuan, a 55.09% decrease from 0.982 yuan a year earlier.
Revenue decreased by 0.53% to 9.25 billion yuan from 9.30 billion yuan the previous year.
The board proposed a final dividend of 0.244 yuan, subject to approval, and is to be distributed on or before Aug. 25.
The company's shares were 2% down at the close of trading.
