智通财经APP讯，联邦制药(03933)公布2024年业绩，收入约137.59亿元，同比增长0.1%。公司拥有人应占本年度溢利约26.6亿元，同比减少1.5%。每股基本盈利146.39分，拟派末期股息每股28分及特别股息每股12分。
年内，中间体产品、原料药及制剂产品的分部收入(包括分部间之销售)分别上升 1.8%、下降 0.5% 及下降 5.9%，分部溢利同比分别上升 5.9%、下降 9.8%及下降 47.0%。制剂产品分部溢利大幅下滑，主要由于国家药品集采导致产品价格下调等因素;此外，年内制剂产品的研发费用增加了 26.6%达5.772亿。
该集团于年内继续加大研发投入，同时持续提升研发效率。创新药物的研发及临床开发均有序推进。集团已有 8 个 1 类新药项目进入临床阶段，其中包含多个极具市场价值的重磅产品。集团自主研发的 1 类创新药 UBT251 注射液的多项适应症已获准于中国及美国开展临床试验，另有多个新药研发及临床取得积极进展。集团还将持续丰富新药管线布局，完善高端人才团队配置，加速新药研发与商业化进程，持续提升集团的竞争力与创造力。
同时，集团也在积极布局和推进新药项目海外授权，致力为全球患者提供更全面的治疗方案和用药选择。集团持续深化全球化战略布局，提升联邦制药的创新影响力。
