智通财经APP讯，彩生活(01778)发布公告，供股章程所载的所有条件已获达成，供股已于2025年3月18日(星期二)成为无条件。于2025年3月17日(星期一)下午四时正(即接纳供股股份及缴付股款以及申请额外供股股份及缴付股款的截止时间)：
(1)就供股暂定配发的合共7200.6万股供股股份已接获合共8份有效接纳，占供股项下可供认购的3.72亿股供股股份总数约19.36%;及
(2)已接获合共9份有效申请，以认购合共3.38亿股额外供股股份，占供股项下可供认购的3.72亿股供股股份总数约90.97%。
根据上述接纳及申请结果，合共接获17份有关4.1亿股供股股份的有效接纳及申请，占供股项下可供认购的3.72亿股供股股份总数约110.33%。因此，供股超额认购3841.44万股供股股份，占供股项下可供认购3.72亿股供股股份总数约10.33%。
