RedCloud Holdings said Thursday it priced its initial public offering of about 4.4 million ordinary shares at $4.50 per share, for expected gross proceeds of $20 million.
IPO underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 666,666 shares. The offering is expected to close Monday.
The shares are expected to start trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "RCT" Friday.
The RedCloud platform facilities the trading of supplies of fast-moving consumer goods products across business supply chains, the company said.
