消息面上，3月20日，上美股份正式发布2024年年度业绩报告，整体实现营收、利润双双大幅增长!报告显示，2024年，上美股份实现营业收入67.93亿元，同比增长62.1%；净利润8.03亿元，同比增长74.0%；毛利润达51.09亿元，同比增长69.2%；毛利率提升3.1个百分点至75.2%。
2024年，主力品牌韩束营收达55.91亿元，同比增长80.9%，延续强劲增长态势。在抖音渠道，韩束通过自播建立核心阵地，费比优化带动利润率提升，连续两年蝉联抖音美妆TOP1。与此同时，韩束天猫、京东、拼多多、唯品会等平台也受抖音势能辐射，实现了流量承接及转化。在多渠道的共同发力下，据青眼情报数据显示，韩束2024年线上全渠道增速达98.34%。
中金发布研报指出，24年公司毛利率同比+3.2ppt至72.1%，主因韩束主品牌毛利率提升。费用端，销售费率同比+4.7ppt至58.1%，主因公司加大品牌宣传力度及渠道建设投入；管理费率/研发费率分别同比-1.4ppt /-0.4ppt至3.6%/2.6%；此外，含政府补贴在内的其他收入及收益2.5亿元，占收入的3.7%。最终，公司24年归母净利率同比+0.5ppt至11.5%，其中1H/2H24净利率均为11.5%，环比稳定。
