智通财经APP讯，三叶草生物-B(02197)发布公告，有关三叶草生物制药(香港)有限公司(公司的全资附属公司，三叶草香港)与全球疫苗免疫联盟订立的预购协议的修订，涉及公司COVID-19候选疫苗的潜在商业供应。
公告称，三叶草香港收到全球疫苗免疫联盟发出的日期为2025年3月21日的提前一个月的书面通知，该通知声称其单方面终止预购协议，以及日期为2025年3月21日的索偿函，该函件要求三叶草香港退还预付款项2.24亿美元。公司拒绝有关退款的要求，认为基于预购协议条款该等要求缺乏依据，并将全力以赴、严正有力地维护自身权益。据公司所知，截至本公告日期，并无任何有关上述索偿要求的法律程序展开。
集团将继续致力于推进其自研专有的呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)候选疫苗SCB-1019 在RSV疫苗重复接种和作为呼吸道联合疫苗的一部分的研发应用。
