深圳控股预计2024财年亏损10亿港元至12亿港元
3月21日，深圳控股（00604）发布公告，预计在2024财年将录得权益股东应占未审核综合亏损介乎约10亿港元至12亿港元之间，而2023财年录得权益股东应占经审核综合亏损为约2.61亿港元。此次预期亏损的增加主要归因于多个因素，包括毛利率和毛利下降、合资企业及联营企业亏损增加、投资物业公允价值变动带来的亏损，以及物业及相关资产减值准备的增加。
公告指出，管理层对2024财年未审核综合管理账目的初步审阅显示，整体业绩不佳。虽然具体财务数据尚未经过独立审计，但公司预计将在2025年3月底发布2024财年业绩公告，以便股东和潜在投资者更好地了解公司的财务状况。股东和潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应保持谨慎。
