BOC Aviation Strikes Sale of Four Boeing 777-300ER Aircraft Deal With Thai Airways

BOC Aviation (HKG:2588)has entered into an agreement with Thai Airways International for the sale of four Boeing 777-300ER aircraft at an undisclosed value, according to a Friday bourse filing.

This transaction qualifies as a Qualified Aircraft Leasing Activity for the company.

The portfolio of four Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, currently leased to Thai Airways, is expected to be sold and closed within 2025.

BOC Aviation, a leading global aircraft operating leasing company, owns, manages, or has on order a total of 709 aircraft and engines as of Dec. 31, 2024.

Thai Airways, the buyer, is Thailand's national carrier, established in 1960. It operates as a full-service airline, offering passenger transportation, cargo services, and related aviation services across a network spanning 30 countries.
