北京燃气蓝天(06828.HK) 表示，就2013年公司拟收购本溪辽油新时代燃气股权的交易，大连中油秀河能源作为索偿人近日向辽宁省本溪市中级人民法院提出民事起诉，向公司、深圳新辽及其股东贵州舜尧提出索赔。据民事起诉状，索偿人声称深圳新辽为北京燃气蓝天的关联方，而其未能悉数结清就收购本溪辽油应支付的代价，因此向深圳新辽索偿未支付代价1,910.4万元人民币及损失利息979.66万元人民币，并指北京燃气蓝天应共同承担支付未支付代价及相关利息的责任。
北京燃气蓝天强调，于2025年3月20日，深圳新辽及贵州舜尧均各自为独立第三方，并非公司的关联方，又表示已委聘中国法律顾问处理该诉讼，预期将会就该诉讼进行严谨辩护，以保障其合法权益。(gc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
