智通财经APP获悉，3月21日，NMPA官网显示，阿斯利康(AZN.US)“阿可替尼胶囊”(康可期)新适应症在国内获批上市(受理号：JXHS2400047)。根据公开资料和临床试验进展，Insight数据库推测，其适应症为一线治疗既往未接受过治疗的慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者(CLL)。

阿可替尼是阿斯利康斥资40亿美元收购Acerta Pharma 55%股权而获得的一款 BTK 抑制剂。作为全球第 2 款获批上市的BTK抑制剂，该药自2017年获FDA批准上市以来就持续拓展适应症，蚕食伊布替尼的市场版图。获批迄今，其累计销售额已超过96亿美元，仍未到达天花板。
