智通财经APP获悉，滨海投资有限公司(02886)董事会宣布，公司全资附属公司天津泰达滨海清洁能源集团有限公司已经获得多家银行提供的共计三亿元人民币中期流动贷款，利率明显低于一年期贷款市场报价利率(LPR)，较公司其他同类贷款存在较大优势。公司全资附属公司滨海投资(天津)有限公司对该贷款提供连带责任的保证担保。
该公司认为，本次贷款的贷款成本与期限对公司的财务运作极具优势。公司已制定并开始实施稳健的融资优化方案，旨在通过开辟多元化的融资渠道、持续优化债务结构及对存量贷款利率作有效管控等方式，进一步精细化公司财务管理，降低综合融资成本，从而为公司未来战略发展奠定坚实的资金基础。
