乐居财经上海张林霞明园小安桥推出建面约55-120平的1-2房“压箱货”,原来是作为长租公寓整体运营的。现在重新包装推出市场,最低总价可能只要5字头,预计4月即将面世。
值得注意的是,该项目经历了近20年的开发周期,2009年后,项目二期部分房源因故未能如期入市,这批房源以55-120㎡的1-2房灵活面积段包装,再次入市。
项目2004年正式推出首期房源,共包含5幢16-18层的小高层建筑,总户数361套。
二期加推约105套房源,主力户型为80-140㎡2-3房。
二期建设周期持续至2011年,此后十余年无新推房源信息,开发商亦未披露未售库存。
据知情人爆料,位于徐汇内环的明园小安桥项目将以全新案名“明园·徐汇芯著”重新入市,拟推出58-120㎡的1-2房,该项目二手房源的价格约9.7万元/㎡。
