智通财经APP讯，中国儒意(00136)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度取得经调整净利润(为非香港财务报告准则计量)预计约人民币12亿元，较2023年同期约人民币5.69亿元上升约111%。
此外，根据管理层目前所得的资料，按照香港财务报告准则计量，集团预计2024财政年度将取得净亏损约人民币2.1亿元，而2023年同期取得净利润约人民币6.83亿元。取得净亏损主要由于公司于2021年初就收购Virtual Cinema Entertainment Limited所发行的认股权证于2024财政年度被全部行使导致的公允价值变动而产生的亏损约人民币11.2亿元。董事会强调，认股权证的公允价值变动属一项会计相关调整，且为非经营项目。鉴于该等认股权证已全数于2024财政年度被全部行使，其未来将不再对集团的财务表现产生任何影响。
