Ball (BALL) said Monday it closed a joint venture with Ayna.AI that will continue to develop and grow the Aluminum Cup business and expand its customer base.
The joint venture will be named Oasis Venture and will house the Aluminum Cup commercial, supply chain and manufacturing teams as well as a facility in Rome, Georgia that will serve as the venture's new headquarters, the company said.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Ball also said that current customer orders will not be impacted by the joint venture.
BALL shares were 0.9% higher in recent premarket activity.
