智通财经APP讯，兴证国际(06058)公布2024年业绩，收入总额约8.81亿港元，同比增长62.16%;净利约1.08亿港元，同比增长98.09%;每股盈利0.0231港元，末期股息每股0.01港元。
公告称，盈利增长的主要原因是集团财富管理、企业融资、金融产品及投资业务等核心业务的收益大幅增长。
该集团积极响应国家粤港澳大湾区发展战略，抓住内地与港澳资本市场互联互通机制的历史机遇，成功于2024年11月获得粤港澳大湾区“跨境理财通”业务试点资格，成为首批可向大湾区投资者提供跨境投资服务的14家券商之一，为财富管理业务赋予新的发展动能，未来跨境理财业务将成为集团新的业绩增长点。
2024年，该集团以大财富与大机构业务为核心，推动双轮联动，增强市场竞争力，深化境内外集团协同，打造一体化竞争优势。构建投行与商行的生态圈，促进金融服务创新与业务融合，促进各类公私募机构、家族办公室、同业券商及其他金融机构之间的协同，形成多元化合作网络。
