Frontier Energy (ASX:FHE) received multiple nonbinding indicative investment offers for the Waroona renewable energy project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It shortlisted some parties for further due diligence, site visits, management presentations, and negotiation of acceptable terms.
The parties indicated a preference for involvement in project expansions beyond stage one and supported an accelerated expansion strategy.
Stage One development of the Waroona renewable energy project comprises 120 megawatts of solar generation and 380 megawatt-hour battery.
