3月25日，全球知名检验检测认证企业美国UL宁波公司开业，UL公司全球总裁兼首席执行官简思明女士赴宁波出席活动。市政府副市长金珊与来宾一行进行了会谈交流。

UL公司总部位于美国芝加哥，已成立130余年，主要提供包括测试、检验、认证、软件和咨询等方面技术服务，UL认证标志在全球享有较高声誉。UL宁波公司实验室拥有五十余位专业工程师及行业专家，专注于零售和消费品领域，实验室测试能力涵盖纺织与服装、鞋类皮革、日用百货、家具、日用化学品、有毒有害物控制、化学品管理等领域，已获得市场监管部门的相关资质，能够为各类消费品提供测试、验货、审核、咨询、培训等一站式质量安全解决方案。

近年来，全市投促系统持续加大外资高技术服务业龙头企业招引力度。依托国家公共检验检测认证服务平台示范区、国家检验检测高技术服务业集聚区（浙江）宁波园区等平台，通过头部机构招引，推进产业集聚。美国UL、瑞士通标、法国必维、德国莱茵等国际知名检验检测机构已在甬开展业务，有效提升了全市检验检测行业水平。

下一步，全市投促系统将进一步强化对重点外资企业的走访对接，营造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境，为外企在甬安心经营、放心投资提供全方位服务。
