智通财经APP讯，联众(06899)发布公告，诚如该等公告所载，本公司与AGAE进行了多轮问询，要求了解和调查相关事项，并已正式向AGAE发出多封律师函提出相关诉求。此外，本公司已于近日发出另外两封律师函要求AGAE尽快就相关诉求作出回应：要求AGAE提名及企业管治委员会提名章力先生及马少华先生担任AGAE董事，以替代现任董事郭玉石先生及曲远飞先生;及要求AGAE取消BluePlanet认购事项。截至本公告日期，本公司尚未收到AGAE的任何回应。本公司将视情况采取适当措施，包括但不限于法律诉讼等方式，坚决维护本公司作为AGAE股东的合法权益。相关法律诉讼方案等正在拟定中。
