报告期内，集团实现客运收入人民币1,517.89亿元，同比增加人民币212.72亿元。其中，因运力投入上升而增加收入人民币283.73亿元，因客座利用率上升而增加收入人民币143.92亿元，因收益水平下降而减少收入人民币214.93亿元。
报告期内，集团实现货邮运输收入人民币74.14亿元，同比增加人民币32.49亿元。其中因运力投入上升而增加收入人民币12.87亿元，因载运率上升而增加收入人民币10.85 亿元，因收益水平上升而增加收入人民币8.77亿元。
