3月25日，中国金茂发布2024年年度业绩。

报告期内，实现营业收入590.53亿元，同比减少18%，报告期内，集团整体销售成本为504.56亿元，毛利率为15%，较2023年同期上升3个百分点，实现归属股东净利润10.64亿元，同比扭亏。

具体收入方面，城市运营与物业开发业务实现收入493.01亿元，同比减少21%，商务租赁与零售商业运营实现收入16.97亿元，同比减少6%，酒店经营业务实现收入16.98亿元，同比减少18%，金茂服务实现收入29.66亿元，同比增10%。

报告期内，实现签约销售金额983亿元。

报告期内，中国金茂每股基本盈利为人民币5.19分，较上年度人民币-51.62分增加110%。每股基本盈利增长主要是由于本年度本公司所有者应占溢利较上年有所增长。

若未计及投资物业公平值亏损（已扣除递延税项）的每股基本盈利为人民币7.18分（2023年：人民币-50.84分）。
