智通财经APP讯，宝新置地(00299)发布公告，本集团预计截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得综合净亏损不超过23亿港元，而于上年度则取得净亏损8.28亿港元。同时，本集团于截至2024年6月30日止6个月取得净亏损约15.7亿港元。
董事会认为本年度的预期净亏损主要归因于来自本集团中国房地产及物业投资分部的销售收益大幅下降;中国房地产市场持续低迷，导致物业存货撇减增加;投资物业的公平值进一步下降;及本年度内为一个土地重建项目预付款项确认大额减值损失所致。
