Quaker Houghton to Buy Dipsol Chemicals for $153.1 Million

Quaker Houghton (KWR) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Dipsol Chemicals for 23 billion Japanese yen ($153.1 million).

Japan-based Dipsol is a supplier of surface treatment and plating services for automotive and other industrial uses.

Quaker Houghton said it expects the deal to close in Q2, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions.
