Sino-Ocean Service's (HKG:6677) attributable profit fell 31% to 28.9 million yuan in 2024 from 42.1 million yuan in 2023, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the property manager decreased to 0.024 yuan from 0.036 yuan in the previous year.
Revenue declined 9% to 2.84 billion yuan from 3.13 billion yuan a year earlier.
Meanwhile, Sino-Ocean Service redesignated Vice Chairman Hou Min as chief executive officer effective Monday, succeeding Yang Deyong, who held dual roles as joint chairman and CEO.
Yang will continue to serve as joint chairman, the filing said.
