于2024年度，销售物业已确认收益为333.31亿元，较2023年度减少13.8%，主要由于交付建筑面积减少。于2024年度，集团的销售物业已确认平均售价为17340元/平方米，较2023年度的15433元/平方米增加12.4%，主要由于售价较高的物业在2024年度交付的占比有所上升所致。
