格隆汇3月26日｜激进投资者Starboard Value周三表示，将提名三名董事进入设计与工程软件制造商欧特克公司董事会。被提名人包括Cadence Design Systems前首席财务官Geoff Ribar、德勤会计师事务所高级合伙人Christie Simons和Starboard首席执行官Jeff Smith。Starboard持有欧特克5亿美元的股份，去年曾敦促欧特克董事会考虑更换首席执行官并削减成本。Starboard认为，欧特克的支出远高于软件同行，而且市场表现不佳。
