消息面上，3月24日，海螺水泥发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，按中国会计准则，该集团期内取得营业收入910.3亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少35.51%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润76.96亿元，同比减少26.19%；基本每股收益1.46元。
报告期内，集团42.5级水泥毛利率、32.5级水泥毛利率、熟料毛利率同比分别下降0.65个百分点、0.73个百分点、4.53个百分点；其中集团自产品42.5级水泥毛利率、32.5级水泥毛利率、熟料毛利率同比分别下降0.89个百分点、1.02个百分点、5.65个百分点。骨料及机制砂综合毛利率为46.91%，同比下降1.41个百分点；商品混凝土综合毛利率为10.00%，同比下降1.00个百分点。
