【采埃孚CEO回应独立拆分电驱动业务：希望与合作伙伴产生协同效应，不断将业务重心向中国转移】金十数据3月25日讯，采埃孚集团在3月20日宣布，公司正在评估将电驱动技术事业部进行独立拆分的可行性。3月24日，采埃孚集团首席执行官（CEO）柯皓哲博士（Dr. Holger Klein）在接受采访时回应称。“采埃孚集团的产品线很多，但我们有一个总体策略，就是必须在其所经营的领域里，排到行业前三名。比如，我们在底盘领域、商用车领域行业第一，在工业技术领域位列第三，在售后领域我们排名第二。如果做不到这一点，可能就无法实现盈利。为了提高这些业务领域的竞争力，我们可能要寻找一些合作伙伴，把其排名拉到行业前一二名的位置。所以我们独立拆分电驱动业务的原因之一就是提高其竞争力水平。”
