格隆汇3月25日丨华鼎控股(03398.HK)公告，集团将于2024财年继续录得公司股权持有人应占综合亏损4.5亿港元至5.5亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度为净亏损3.6亿港元。
净亏损金额乃主要由以下各项所致：(a)集团物业、厂房及设备、使用权资产及投资物业的公平值亏损；(b)于2024财年下半年确认因对新投资物业重新估值而产生的递延税项负债；及(c)制成品存货拨备金额增加。
