智通财经APP讯，中国光大银行(06818)公布，为充分发挥作为公司控股股东作用，传递对公司未来发展前景的信心，对资本市场长期投资价值的认可，支持公司高质量发展，在符合一定市场条件下，公司控股股东光大集团拟自2024年3月29日起12个月内，通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价等合法合规方式增持公司A股股份，累计增持总金额不少于人民币4亿元(含本数)，不超过人民币8亿元(含本数)。
截至本公告披露日，光大集团通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价方式累计增持公司A股股份121,943,100股，占公司总股本的0.21%，累计增持金额为人民币 403,492,111元(不含交易费用)。累计增持金额已达增持计划金额下限，本次增持计划实施完毕。
本次增持计划实施完成后，光大集团直接及间接合计持有公司26,139,048,567股A 股股份和1,866,595,000股H股股份，合计占公司总股本的47.40%。
