消息面上，3月24日，康师傅控股发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益人民币806.51亿元(单位下同)，同比增加0.3%;公司股东应占溢利37.34亿元，同比增加19.8%;每股溢利66.28分。
2024年全年本集团方便面事业收益为284.14亿，同比衰退1.3%，占集团总收益35.2%。期内因售价及原材料价格有利，使方便面毛利率同比提高1.6个百分点至28.6%，抵消收入衰退的影响，带动方便面事业2024年全年的本公司股东应占溢利同比提高1.8%至20.45亿。
2024年全年饮品事业整体收益为516.21亿，同比成长1.3%，占集团总收益 64.0%。期内因售价有利，使饮品毛利率同比提高3.2个百分点至35.3%。由于毛利率同比提高带动，令饮品事业2024年全年本公司股东应占溢利同比提高52.3%至 19.19亿。
