继本公司于2024年9月5日发布关于债权人申请本公司间接全资附属公司恒大恒驰新能源汽车(上海)有限公司(相关附属公司)破产清算的公告后，相关附属公司于2025年3月17日收到上海市第三中级人民法院(该法院)的裁定书，该法院已受理破产清算申请。
经作出在相关情况的合理查询后，董事会确认，其并不知悉导致有关上升的任何原因或任何必须公布以避免本公司股份出现虚假市场的资料，或除上文所披露者外，并不知悉根据香港法例第571章《证券及期货条例》第XIVA部须予披露的任何其他内幕消息。
