滨海投资(02886.HK) 公布，旗下全资附属公司南京滨海，与宝武镁业(002182.SZ) 之另一家全资附属公司“云海铝业”进一步订立《燃气供气协议》。据悉，南京滨海同意通过管道输送方式，向云海项目一期之运作地点供应天然气，为期三年，云海项目一期每年用气量约1,600万立方米。
公告指，云海项目一期及云海项目二期，均位于南京滨海特许经营权区域的南京市溧水区东屏工业园区内，云海项目主要进行镁及铝合金产品的压铸和精加工。
滨海投资认为，获得云海项目是南京滨海重要的市场开发成果，在持续扩大南京滨海管道天然气销售气量的同时，稳步增加其销售利润，从而持续巩固南京滨海在南京市溧水区的市场竞争力，亦将提升集团在南方区域市场的整合优势。(js/w)
