智通财经APP获悉，港交所(00388)行政总裁陈翊庭在汇丰投资峰会表示，投资者透过港股通可以分散风险，从而令北水南下的情况越来越多，北水南下由过往占大市成交10-15%，已增加至现时的近20%水平。
她又指，在两星期前到美国外访，是半年来的第二次，去年9月港股大升，当时海外投资者纷纷表示沮丧(frustrated)，因为错失港股突如其来的升势，实际上是因为未做足功课，一直认为中资股不可投资(univestable)，这次外访发现，外资有所准备，明白到中资股具吸引力，所以加大配置。
她又表示，至今年初 Deep Seek(深度求索)出现时，外资已作好准备 ，加上时值年初进行资产配置，因此导致这次出现令人振奋的Deep Seek时刻。
她指，不少中国资产仍在较低估值水平，一旦外资开始注意中国资产会发现很多吸引力的资产，现时仍有大规模淘宝机会。
