智通财经APP获悉，周五，总部位于中国香港的航运公司德威船务(NCT.US)登陆美股市场。该公司首次公开募股150万股，每股定价7美元。据了解，德威船务通过一系列子公司经营全球海运业务，涵盖定期租船和船舶管理服务两大部门。其船队由一艘自有船和三艘租赁船组成，总载货量为217,191载重吨。此外，德威船务还计划通过其新加坡子公司Openwindow，在2025年第一季度之前推出海上制浆业务，利用自有和租赁的工厂船进一步扩大业务范围。
