【美科技巨头及多国政府喊话特朗普 松绑AI芯片出口分级政策】金十数据3月25日讯，据外媒报道，美国大型科技公司正敦促特朗普政府重新审视美国的全球半导体战略。这些公司称，美国所谓的“人工智能扩散规则”限制了能够出口到大多数国家的人工智能处理器的数量。美国的人工智能扩散规则将世界分为三类芯片准入级别：①位于欧洲和东亚的近 20 个美国亲密伙伴国家，大多可以不受限制地获取人工智能芯片；②俄罗斯这样的对手国家被禁止进口相关技术；③而对于处于中间的大量国家，该规则对可供出口的总计算能力设定了上限。如今，许多国家政府和众多公司正试图说服特朗普团队放宽一些相关规定。一些知情人士称，一些官员提出了取消三个级别分类及相关计算能力上限的想法，但保留对世界上大多数国家的出口许可证这一基本要求。知情人士称，对于甲骨文和英伟达来说，以任何形式维持这些限制都将是一个不受欢迎的结果。故而这两家公司都在敦促特朗普政府完全废除该规则。英伟达认为，这些限制将促使世界转向对美国国家安全益处有限的替代技术。
