【张小泉：间接控股股东富春控股集团被启动预重整】金十数据3月25日讯，张小泉公告，公司于2025年3月25日收到间接控股股东富春控股集团出具的告知函，获悉浙江省杭州市富阳区人民法院决定对富春控股集团启动预重整，并指定浙江京衡律师事务所担任临时管理人。本次申请由富春控股集团单一法人主体提出，其下属其他企业不在本次预重整申请范围内。上市公司具有独立完整的业务及自主经营能力，目前生产经营一切正常，间接控股股东本次事项不会对上市公司日常生产经营产生实质性影响。后续如实施重整，不排除会涉及上市公司控制权变动。
