智通财经APP讯，建发国际集团(01908)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收益1459.86亿元，同比增长6.36%;股东应占溢利48.04亿元，同比减少4.59%;每股盈利2.38元;拟派发末期股息每股1.2港元。
据悉，截至2024年12月31日止年度，该集团连同其合营企业及联营公司实现归属公司股东权益的累计合同销售金额约1033.6亿元，归属股东权益的累计合同销售建筑面积约504.8万平方米，与上一财政年度比较分别减少约346.0亿元及约161.6万平方米，分别减少约25.1%及24.3%。
