智通财经APP讯，博安生物(06955)发布公告，于2025年3月27日举行的董事会会议上，王盛翰已获提名为公司执行董事候选人，而李世旭已获提名为公司非执行董事候选人(统称建议委任)，惟须待公司将于2025年6月5日举行的股东周年大会(股东周年大会)上审议及批准后，方可作实。待建议委任获批准后，王盛翰及李世旭各自的任期将于股东周年大会之日起至第二届董事会任期届满为止。
