智通财经APP讯，中州证券(01375)发布2024年度业绩，营业收入16.90亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少14.13%。其中，证券经纪业务8.15亿元，增加1.63亿元，主要为本期代理买卖证券业务收入增加;投资管理业务1.54亿元，增加1.58亿元，主要为子公司股权投资收益增加;境外业务0.28亿元，增加0.60亿元，主要为本期中州国际所持金融产品公允价值变动收益增加;总部及其他-0.85亿元，增加0.19亿元，主要为本期融资利息支出减少;信用业务4.12亿元，增加0.03亿元;期货业务4.05亿元，减少0.04亿元;投资银行业务0.48亿元，减少0.37亿元，主要为本期证券承销保荐业务收入减少;自营业务-0.84亿元，减少6.37亿元，主要为本期投资业务收入减少。

期内，集团实现归属于母公司股东的净利润2.46亿元，同比增长16.18%，主要为本期证券经纪业务收入增加及业务及管理费减少影响。基本每股收益0.0530元，拟每10股派发现金红利0.17元(含税)。
