LARK Distilling Completes Minimum Holding Buyback Program

LARK Distilling (ASX:LRK) has completed its minimum holding buyback of 185,455 unmarketable parcels of shares worth AU$207,709, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

Under the minimum holding buy-back the company offered to buy unmarketable parcels of shares, defined as holdings of worth AU$500 or less, for AU$1.12 per share.

Following completion of the minimum holding buy-back, the company will have 105.3 million shares on issue, held by 2,848 shareholders, the filing said.

The company's shares rose 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
