波音希望撤销与美国检方达成的、承认在两起737 Max空难发生前误导监管机构的协议。

　　据报道，这家飞机制造商是想寻求司法部的更宽大处理。特朗普政府的司法部正在评估许多尚未由法院审理或者批准的白领犯罪案。

　　在2018年和2019年波音飞机发生了两起共计346人遇难的坠机事件后，围绕该公司相应责任的法律争端延宕至今，并出现了上述最新转折。报道称，这可能会结束对一家美国大公司的罕见重罪起诉，不过波音仍将承诺支出约4亿美元用于增强安全性和合规性。

　　在一位德克萨斯州联邦法官拒绝了初步和解协议后，波音和司法部最近几个月一直在磋商修订认罪协议的事宜。双方定于最晚4月11日向法院通报最新的谈判进展。

　　波音对所有问题都表示可询问司法部。司法部不予置评。
